Review text you paste is sent to an external AI language model provider's API in order to generate the drafts. We use providers and settings under which submitted data is not used to train the model. Generation history is deleted when you delete it, or when you delete your account.
The browser extension (Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox versions) works differently from the web app. All reply templates are held inside the extension itself, and the extension transmits no data externally — including the review text you select. Selected review text is held only in the browser's local storage area (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device. The transmission to an external AI language model API described in the previous section occurs only when you use the web app at app.replycraft.net.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We never sell personal information.
The service relies on the following external providers, which process data to the extent necessary: authentication and database (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), an AI language model API, and error monitoring.
We apply reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), access control and row-level security on the database.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact address below. Deleting your account removes stored data within a reasonable period.
We will announce changes on this page. For material changes we will notify you by an appropriate method, such as email to your registered address.
